Cancellation Policy
for consumers purchasing goods from KUR AG
As at August 2026
1. Right of withdrawal
If you, as a consumer, enter into a distance contract with KUR AG, you are generally entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.
The withdrawal period is 14 days.
In the case of a contract of sale for goods, the withdrawal period generally begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the goods.
In the case of an order for several items of goods that are delivered separately, the period generally begins upon receipt of the last item delivered.
The statutory provisions of the Liechtenstein Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG) remain unaffected.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us
KUR AG
Im Rietle 25
9494 Schaan
Principality of Liechtenstein
Email: info@kuir-ag.li
Telephone: +49 171 8086066
by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
You may use the model withdrawal form provided below for this purpose. However, you are not obliged to use this form.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from a contract, we shall refund all payments we have received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without delay and at the latest within the period prescribed by law from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will generally use the same payment method for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
4. Returning the goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and at the latest within the period prescribed by law following notification of your withdrawal.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall, in principle, be borne by the consumer, insofar as this is permitted by law and provided that KUR AG has not expressly agreed otherwise.
In the case of goods which, due to their nature, cannot be returned by standard post, the estimated return costs will be communicated accordingly before the contract is concluded.
5. Compensation for loss of value
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is attributable to handling of the goods that was not necessary for the purpose of inspecting their nature, characteristics and functioning.
6. Specific information regarding cosmetic products
In the case of cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with the statutory requirements if sealed goods are supplied which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return and their seal has been broken following delivery.
Such an exception applies only if the statutory requirements are in fact met.
7. Special notes regarding food supplements
In the case of food supplements, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may be particularly relevant where, due to their nature, the goods are no longer suitable for return after delivery.
Whether such an exception applies in an individual case depends on the statutory requirements.
8. Custom-made or personalised goods
In the case of custom-made goods or goods that have been clearly manufactured according to the customer’s personal specifications or tailored to their personal needs, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded.
The consumer will be expressly informed of such an exception before the contract is concluded.
9. Electronic devices
As a general rule, the statutory right of withdrawal applies to electronic devices, provided there are no statutory exceptions.
The personalised ordering process provided for by KUR
Enquiry → personal consultation → quotation / order confirmation → acceptance → delivery
does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal.
KUR AG does not require the consumer to waive any statutory right of withdrawal.
10. Business customers
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers.
Business customers are not entitled to the statutory consumer right of withdrawal, unless expressly agreed otherwise in individual cases.
